This is going to sound crazy, and I don’t typically leave reviews but this feeder right here… let me tell you. I live in northern Michigan and we have bear. Lots of bear. Well, I had one walk off with my dome feeder last night. As I went out looking for it I fully expected to find it in a million pieces and even took a trash bag for clean up. It had been pretty much empty and was only sitting out because I had planned on cleaning it before refilling it but there must have been something tempting enough that he took it about a quarter mile into the woods and knocked it around for a while. This little feeder took the beating and only had a few teeth marks to show for it! Lost the legs and lid along the way which I recovered perfectly intact as well. If I was impressed before (which I very much was) with how well this feeder saved me from waisted food since the chickens can’t fling it out, I am FULLY impressed with it now with how unbelievably durable it is, and will be picking up a few more for all my bird pens. 10/10 recommend!!
